Hi! I am interested in buying bitcoins using Scandinavian banks. What is the best/safest way to do that? Also, why does the price differ between markets? Thank you.

May I suggest https://bitcoin-central.net/ , a French website with a "payment services processor" status, deposits are secured in a French bank, insured, etc. Seems safer to me than anything I could have seen. Maybe because I'm French |

In the EU Bitstamp.net is most trusted I would say. They have an office in UK and their bank is in Slovenia
