very impressive white paper. i struggled with some of the mathematics in the later sections but overall very clever concept

And in what form will be presented the track record of consultants. There should be some board of honor, awards, victories in the best trader's contests, transaction logs, etc. Everything should be reliable.

The track record (or as we call it, the Decentralized Reputation Ledger) will be 100% stored on the Ethereum blockchain. This Reputation Ledger will include what predictions were made, what time they were made, whether those predictions came true, and much more. The same way that Bitcoin or Ethereum stores immutable transactions on the blockchain, we store immutable predictions and their accuracy. We believe this is the perfect use case for blockchain because without blockchain a public Reputation Ledger would be nearly impossible to build (you would need to trust a third party to keep the information safe and not get compromised, and this is practically impossible).

We're releasing an open-source SDK that makes it easy for any website to integrate data from the Reputation Ledger. So any blog, forum (even bitcointalk), 3rd party website, etc. can display an expert's track record and accuracy. Any website will be able to display what predictions the expert got right and which were incorrect and more. This information could be displayed in thousands of different ways. Websites could even create their own ranking algorithms to rank experts. If you're interested, there's a lot more info in Section 4 of the whitepaper.

To start off, the Amulet Team has built a website to make all this functionality (making predictions, verifying predictions, etc) available from a web browser. Users will just need to have a browser extension installed (MetaMask) that lets their browser communicate with the Ethereum blockchain. We're targeting to have a beta release of this functionality on the Ethereum testnet very soon. More details to come shortly.... To get notified, sign up here.

Overall, Amulet is very different from other crypto teams. Our focus isn't on raising money or building hype (we don't even have a bounty program), but building something real. Out of the thousands of ICOs, how many have produced a usable product? Not a lot... We're not going to make empty promises, instead we're going to show you real technology. There are 2 primary ways that experts get compensated:

Directly by the Smart Contract: If experts make an accurate prediction, they get automatically rewarded with Amulet tokens (XAM). The amount they get rewarded is based on the importance of the prediction which gets determined by investors via an auction. Section 2 in the whitepaper discusses this in greater depth, but I'm happy to expand on this further if you'd like.

Offchain by Investors: The Amulet website (amuletplatform.com) will host a content platform where experts can publish their predictions and analyses. Investors will be able browse experts by their accuracy rank (calculated from the Decentralized Reputation Ledger) and purchase content from them via XAM. However, experts are not limited to use the Amulet website. Third-party website can also integrate with the Decentralized Reputation Ledger (via our open-source SDK) and create marketplaces of their own.

Before I read the WP, can I get a TLDR?

Amulet is creating a new open standard for evaluating experts based on accuracy. Today, experts are judged on everything except the most important criteria: how often they're right. Nowadays, experts spend their time on marketing, personal branding, and having a "personality" - not on thoughtful analysis. This doesn't just apply to crypto experts on YouTube, this problem exists with people making predictions about stocks and real estate.
