It will be tedious work and I don't think is quite important. ICO listing sites and other monitors are already doing that. The best thing any serious bounty participants can do is to visit these listing sites and do a thoroughly review and research on them before joining them.

I agree on you, Sometimes it's getting hard for us to pick a good legit ICO's. Bounty hunters and investors are paying attention on how to choose best ICO and some of my research are pretty good they have good review and before joining it i always do back round check!

I am thinking of the Bounty Section to be fully moderate to the extent that scam ICO will not be posted there. As we all know that there are many many many scam ICOs nowadays. Bounty hunters are stressing out on how to choose those legit ICOs. I know bounty hunters will agree am I right? Is this even possible?

Right, i agree. The scam ICO makes no profit for all of us, both investors and hunters.
maybe in the future, moderating service is needed for this section, or for the ICO sections.

it can not blame moderators, because moderators are unlikely to screen legitimate ICOs or are merely fraudulent as long as the ICO has the requirements to perform ICO. the purpose of the heart and the human mind can not be guessed

I really want to completely remove those fake ICO that can really affects the good activity of all hunters,  but not just hunters are suffering alot of stress in this fake ICO but including investors too. I think this will implement soon as many members of this forum will protest this kind of activity that actually ruin the life of people who wants to earn in crypto (fake ICO),  but the real questions is,  how and when?  This will be more hard time to our mods/admins to completely remove them, because it is really hard to find which is legit one.

It's difficult to decide whether an ICO is scam or not.
And bounty hunters generally describe an bounty that doesn't pay them to be scam which is not always correct.
Most of the time even the scam ICO pays while in some the legit ICO may not pay on the basis of their terms stated.

The perfect time for that is ASAP.  Moderators may require some legal papers and proof of funds and waivers. What do you think?

Yes, it still depends on whether team members really want to implement their own projects. Instead of simply getting funding through ico and wasting them.

That will be a lot of work for moderators here, they will have to do research and do an interview and this is not a guaranty that the ICO will turn scam in the end, it's up for the investor to do their own research because they are going to invest their own money anyway we have a lot of ico rating site and other article about ICO.

Some bounty campaigns are moderating the participant's post to qualify for their rewards but some member disregard it that's why the bounty managers does not count the works of applicants in a specific week. Every bounties have their own rules to qualify their campaign and we must take note or obey it in order for us to receive rewards.

What criteria would you use on what ICOs to allow and what not to? Seems like a slippery slope. Maybe have a minimum ICO Bench score?

Of course this is so good, everyone hope for this, but that just a joke.

So much have to select everyday, try to imagine, is it easy for the moderator? Of course not.

So let's help the moderator to tell if there's any ico that smelling like scam.

But if it easy for you, please try to explain how it can be easy.

We're talking about Scams here dude. Scam ICOs don't give reawards at all or their coins will be zero in value. There's something  that moderators could do to filter the legit ICOs

It's not that easy actually. Moderators could have require to present legal papers, ICO bench rating and proof of funds. And of course the identities of those behind the ICO

This would be a good step in the right direction but it would be really hard for moderators to be able to differentiate between good icos and bad icos as well. Many icos started well and ended badly. Many other started badly and ended well. So, its up to the bounty hunter to do his or her own due diligence

that's the thing they should always consider as a member of this organization to thoroughly review everything before posting because with that they would able to know the exact detail of the project.

The thing is you can only do some research especially about the team, that is the only way you may be able to identify scam project. However, you can not tell the project that will scam people. Although some project did not intend to scam people, what happen is they could not succeed in their plans or maybe their plans where not good enough to attract investors.

Sir its our responsibilities (bounty hunters/investor) to choose the right project. Its very difficult task for moderators to do this thing with a lot of new ICO everyday. Thats why we need our own research before joining in the ICO or bounty. The moderators didnt also know if the project will turn to scam in the last phase. So the blame is in ourself if we choose the wrong one.

It was a good idea, not just bounty maybe bitcointalk or community should also regulating or moderating the ICO it self, so many of investor and bounty hunter can focus growing cryptocurrency community from legit ICO.
