so it appears the users have no recource and are the mercy of other powerusers if they decide to give negative trust for any reason.
This is correct.
I realize mods are busy with so many members, we are willing to pay some fee so the mods or the guy that left the feedback can look into it, but it's impossible as there is no way to contact anyone?!
Offering to pay to have feedback removed will be interpreted as a bribe, and won't work. If anything, it can get you more red trust.
Some background information: I see you haven't used your account much lately. The Pharmacist left you negative trust in August 2016, but was only recently added to DT2, then removed, and then added again. That means you didn't see the trust before, but it was there all along. If you click "Show ratings." in your Trust page, you'll see two more red lines for being a signature spammer.
From our investigation it seems the employee who was tasked with managing this account opened a thread selling some account - he couldn't be selling this one because he didn't have the rights to it - perhaps he was trying to sell a different one. He no longer works for the company since last year.
I must say this sounds plausible. But only The Pharmacist can help you here, you may want to change the title for him to find your thread.
Signing a message from your
staked address doesn't guarantee you never bought the account, but it's better than not signing.
