why 0.02 "fee" when auto payout 0.4 ltc?

I'm not sure what your asking? Auto payout fee is 0.02 LTC. Let me know more and I can help further

Maybe because most pools don't charge for auto, just on-demand, as far as I've noticed. So fee-free is not accurate.

And front end is down

Front end is not and was not down as far is I am aware and external site monitoring confirms this.

Every pool is different and other pools also charge for auto payments too. I am not and have not been charging any pool fee's during November so my description is accurate.

Getting 403 all day, had to use TOR to connect.

For the 0.4 LTC guy with one video card, he should just wait until he has more, but maybe he wants it and the 5% effective fee seems unfair. Just thought you weren't getting his concerns, so I attempted (poorly) to clarify, not trying to FUD your pool.

Hey,

Frontend has been up 24/7 since Oct 29th (Actually that is when I started monitoring it). It may be something to do with your IP address. If you fancy sending me a message (or e-mail support@digicrypto.net) with your public IP I can check on this for you.

The problem we have actually been having is with Stratum getting attacked which has been sending it up and down but the Frontend has been pretty solid.

It is also common for pools but have payout fees and I do understand where you are both coming from. In light of the recent price hikes of LTC I will have a look at any fees today and make sure they are in line with common practice.
