Yesterday I saw that scammers place keys from wallets in the tables of bounty members. Some participants go into this wallet and see that there are tokens but there is no ETH and they transfer a couple of bucks to this purse to get tokens/ But this purse is configured so that when there enter eth then they are automatically transferred to other addresses.
It's very interesting and fun to watch

A simple script receiving PUSH notifications from one of the public APIs... that waits for notification and immediately broadcasts a message transferring the coins out. It's also possible to do if running your own full node and some scripting "magic"

I believe the user "amaclin" did something similar a while back with BTC and CounterParty tokens. From memory he published the private keys of an empty BTC address with a number of XCP tokens attached to it... I remember looking at it and thinking "Devious!"...

A smart contract powers and transaction, you can use remix solidity for this trick, have yourself as delegate and then for every incoming txn you will make a equivalent output transaction( slightly less) before making the earlier txn confirming.
This code tweak is not a big deal any one with internet and browser can make it.

That is interesting, but I am not sure it is really consider "scamming". It is their address after all, they can put the private keys anywhere they want, and also have it programmed to remove any eth, as it belongs to them, and technically anything sent to it also belong to them.  Maybe a "reverse scam" would be more accurate. I am really not sure as I have not encountered something of the sort before.

This is is kinda cool cause it's actually pretty much impossible to get the tokens out. It looks like ICX automatically locks addresses that didn't register with them, so you can't actually transfer these tokens. People will try though hahah.

You should read more about Ethereum smart contracts.
They do expose the private keys and they do it on purpose, as a bait. The ones wanting to steal from these guys will actually actually lose some money.
