Advertisers are not loyal, they take the highest offer presented to them.

Your comparison makes no sense.

There is a difference between going away because the agreement has changed (payout dropped down to $10), and going away because they pay more in the other campaign.
In the first case, it's totally understandable. The agreement we signed up no longer stands.
In the second case, it is really just what TheUltraElite said.
