in my opinion market volume is lacking and will go sideways for some time to come. Some coins are acting independently and not relying on BTC to move forward.

For now, it’s pretty unlikely. I don’t think altcoins are acting independently in the market. Price of those coins still more or less depends on Bitcoin’s. And even if they act independently, it will not be bad at all. As a whole, will be good for CryptoCurrency.

The dependence on Bitcoin is still far too big. And the influence of banks, funds, speculators etc as well. Too large is the volume of such large investor in the market. There would have to be many more retail investors in the market to generate new movement and momentum.

Which currency does not depend of Bitcoin in the current market? What happened to the altcoins when Bitcoin suffered a downfall? Nowadays almost every market depends on the ups and downs of Bitcoin and regarding the issue this bearish trend is fleeting and soon we will find the market on the rise.

Note* I write about projects that can do something for society. Now whether this will happen depends not on me, but on the project team. I'm just a writer... DYOR

Hey. First of all, I am not a professional trader I am just investor following what is going on for a year. The correction is not finish. We did not reach the bottom yet. Because, the financial institution want to go back on the market and they do not want to pay the price for it. So we can see for the last couple of days the effort to bring BTC on his knee. The target is more likely below $5K , probably $3K . This is a bull trap, if you want to invest you need to wait this window. Also, we do not have enough volume to break out. If you are not familiar with Elliot wave you should have a look and learn Wink

Yes, you right, the market lacks a high volume, but I think that soon it will end and we will see growth.

Bitcoin should go big, it's almost a decade when Satoshi made bitcoin to use as online payments. peer to peer transactions. I'm pretty sure the whole market soon will be recover one big news then volume can grow!

i think regardless of how independent other coins maybe, their tremendous growth is delayed by the red in the bitcoin and etherum trades.
and yes the market thus have the volume to break out

we just have to wait to find out

I think 3-4 more months of cryptocurrency will be is in lateral motion. Then, is closer to fall, we will observe gradual growth. Of course, growth will happen against the background of positive news.
