Hello! For a long time i look at bounty announcements and im horrified. There so so much scum! No good project at all. So i decided to write a topic about how i choose ICO.
Everybody wants to earn money, including ICO organizators, which we give money to. 99% of present capmaigns are scum. But thats not because organizators are swindlers, not because the team make mistakes during the ICO, not because of any other organization moment. That`s because the project is dead from the moment the idea about it came in somebody`s head.
Thats because of the wrong perception of what blockchain is. Look at the project: what are they? Monetization of this, plagiarism, monetization of that, decentralized exchange, plagiarism, monetization, decentralized exchange... Doesnt it look like your bounty? All as one. Nobody will ever need the analogue of the existing succesfull project but made with blockchain. All of you will most likely wont try to monetize your post or streams on present projects. And if you try, you will meet the same people as you, that want to earn some cash. But who will give you cash? Money is in twitter, youtube, twitch, instagram and nobody gonna leave them. Audience dont need that.
What is blockchain? What was it made for? How can you use the power of the chain? Before you make a blockchain project, answer this questions, dont think about money. This note is for the organizators.
For us, consumers, the most important is following: if the project help to solve the problem, that`s available to solve only with the blockchain, its a good project.
Wich project are compitable with this consideration? How do they look like?
1. We can start, for example, with charity. A lot of people definetely at least one in their life wanted to make a donation, but then they thought: how can i be sure that my money will reach the right person and will be spent on his health? Blockchain can make all the transactions and payment clear, visible and available for checking. That would provide trust and increase the quantity of donations because people will know how did they contribute.
2. Artificial Intelligence. The power of the chain is enormous resource, that can be used for AI accelerated education. However, its important how ICO organizators will operate with this AI in future, they should have plan.
3. Cloud storages. Blockchain cypher, chain powers, full anonymity: all these properties perfectly suits for creating the most secure cloud storages for data.
4. Services with the usage of smart contracts. The project can provide a platform, where the contracts will be concluded, deals made and all data about them will be recorded. The goal of such a service is to provide the absolute control of the organization funtioning, where all money flows can be tracked and some operations will be automized (the last will exclude the human work and minimize the business costs).
Ofcoursem that`s not the full spectrum of spheres. Amazing will be the creation of project, that can improve the infrastructure of the crypto market. Like cryptobanks, payment systems, systems that will integrate crypto into accustumed to all payment services.
Also,you should not miss the perspective startups, that dont use blockchain straight forward, but use crypto market just for investments attraction. Some online casinos and betting platforms can be perspective too.
Furthermore, i should note, that not less important is the ready product of the ICO.
If on the project`s roadmap you see, that ICO started quite long time ago, but they didnt make at least the alpha version of product, its possible that you will not see it at all. And if the main tokensale comes to its end, and ICO got no alpha product with the smallest part of funtioning stuff, you should think of the best way of minimizing your risks and losses.
Thus, if you make that kind of analysis, you can nicely estimate the ICO perspectives. Business spheres that i was talking about are free in the present time, that`s why when some project will appear, they will try to take the leadership, what means, that a lot of money will be involved in this process, that can become part of your profit.
For clarity, sharing these projects, that at least partly fit to the properties i named. However, they have some flaws too.
