Don't expect something big with NEO because the whole crypto market is struggling. We all know that almost altcoins is somewhat correlated to the price of bitcoin. Thank you for the information,  but with what I have lost already out of my coin I don't think it will be a good thing to sell now and loss alot of money,  neo is one of the coin I benefited alot of money from beginning from its ico stage even until now.  You should dump only if you haven't gotten a lost,  but I would advice you to hodl your neo if you have lost out already.

right. Selling NEO at the moment is a bad decision. Because bitcoin's price has already hit $ 147 and experts expect it to multiply by the end of 2018.
