True, drugs actually affects a users mind. But what do we actually classify as drugs? If we say that anything that causes alterations in the human mind then coffee, nicotine and alcohol shouldn't be allowed. If we say that crimes caused by it, then alcohol will be out of the way being that it actually causes alot of deaths especially motor related and domestic violence. If we say amounts of deaths, then sugar will be banned. Alot of people die from diabetes and heart attacks.
