Drugs never do any good things in life. Using drugs is just as same as leading your life towards death. Using drugs also change someone's mind and behaviour (good becomes bad), increasing criminality, etc. I hope that every government in every country could eliminate drugs for good from our world and punished whoever responsible to it. Don't forget that even if you just want to try even a bit, it's already destroying your life. So don't ever try or even think about drugs.

drugs are awful even light ones, I really don't know why people do it. A young man or woman who use drug is one of the saddest things in the world because they destroy their lives full of opportunities

I would stay away from all the man made extracted aritficial drugs.  The only ones I do myself would be natural things like mushrooms or whole cocoa leaves.

I have had the unfortunate experience of working or dealing with people who are high on drugs.

Family members and friends addicted to drugs...some who dies on overdose.

It turns people in malicious and conniving personalities. It maked them paranoid. Look at it this way you dont want to be around them.

A good move to watch about the affects of drug use would be Requeum for a Dream starring Jared Leto.

I have read the book and watched the movie. Very sad and very realistic.

Stay away from drugs...any kind of drug. I dont care if they say its harmless...its not.

Illegal drugs can break or may damage our lives and might take everything we have. Illegal drug consumption won't provide nor give us a better life but would just ruin our lives. I think it is better if we'll get rid of it as early as we could once we are tempted to try it. Also, those people who tried it or had it in their lives just regret having it.

The effects of drugs are schizophrenia, agony and mental illness that will result for the person to become rude and violate human rights.

Drug regulation is great. We bar from the market the use of it because it kills alot of people. But what about others? Like for example, alcohol? Liver damage and liver cancer kills a tremendous amount of people every year. What about cigarettes? Lung cancer on both smokers and 2nd hand bystanders. Physiologically, it depends on what drugs you take. There are stimulants and depressants.

Socially, it destroys the life of people who take and get addicted to it. If the user has a family, a wife and a kid most cases they end up having no parents to grow up with or greatly hate them. Users usually are incapable of thinking right so they might be get jailed or be killed because of it.

With the HIV part, I doubt though expect if drug users share same injectable needle or the have sexual intercourse while intoxicated.
