Ok. So it looks like the ball is on Remyt now. I suggest you provide the needed info to Collinsandgroup they are saying a different tune. For them, it looks like you made a deal with someone not related to Collinsandgroup that's why you didn't get your promotional package as promised. So it looks like someone is impersonating Collinsandgroup (from what they implying here), so its better to get the facts straight here with screenshots as who Remyt deal with.

Their packages includes ICO Campaign Bounty Management here in the forum, so it involves this community. So a fair warning can be given to those who are thinking of getting their promotional package in the future.
