Doctors are not held accountable to the courts of the land that often.

According to what I have read, due to the fact that health care is so complex, therefore
the lawyers, judges and courts have off-scoured the responsibility
for accountability onto the health care workers themselves,
and the health care workers have created their own self-governing
body, to deal with the accountability of doctors.

The doctors are not held accountable to the courts of the land, in the way the rest of us are.

Some people think that doctors should be exhonorated, because they are 'trying to do good'...
But are they really trying? A closer analysis of this is needed.
Exhonoration seems to be the more popular choice, and people who think doctors should be held accountable and punished, tend to get persecuted.

I can go on and on about this, but I'll cut it short here.
Let the voting begin

Today is the day that the Lord has made, lets be glad and rejoice in it

I do not know of any nation on earth that does not acknowledge God in its laws. What country are you from? All the nations are under God. Jesus christ is the law that came in the flesh and the law was nailed to the cross.

This post is a poll by the way, and vod is trying to change the topic. This post is about health care accountability.

There are hundreds of gods that people worship.  So I'll ask again, which god's law are you talking about?

In cases of clear malpractise they should be judged... Under human's laws derived from rational thinking.

This.  If euthanasia or abortion is legal, its not OK for the state to prosecute a doctor.

And if the procedure have know rate of not helping, it's not helping shouldn't be an issue. On other hand if the surgeon was drunk, high, too tired etc. on routine operation and this lead to death there should be consequences...

Nice question wording.

Poll:

1. Be guided by the firm but gentle hand of socialism.
2. Be pushed to the ground and brutally murdered by capitalism.

Are you saying I cannot vote for Jack Kevorkian? was he good? Bad? Hmm...

The good thing about obamacare is malpractice will fall way way down... as fewer doctors will be available to make any mistakes.

Don't know in what backward country you live in but everywhere in the civilized world doctors are prosecuted for malpractice.

Only thing people need to know about this thread.
And then came Martin Luther, and nailed the rats to the theocrat's door.
