Has anyone successfully used Bitcoin to transfer money from United States bank or Ukraine bank into and out of Crimea since Russia annexed it?

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

This is an interesting question. I personally did not do such translations because I do not live in the Crimea, but I think that transfers of crypto currency from Ukraine to Crimea or back do not make any problems because Ukraine considers the territory of Crimea its territory and therefore should not implement any restrictions. In addition, Ukraine has not yet adopted any laws on the crypto currency and therefore there can be no restrictions. Given that the crypto currency does not know the territorial boundaries, this is in principle, and it is impossible to do. The same can be said about the crypto-currency transactions between citizens of Ukraine and Russia.
