Thx for the reply, for the legality part i would like you to read ‘Terms of Service’ on CoinPulse.io it has all details to find out if the exchnage is legal or not including the name of the company who owns it, name of the company’s lawyers etc...

No, you probably misunderstood, the game is only to reward our community members by playing our partners crypto game for free, and win some free CPEX.

You can get CPEX curently by buying ebch and then doing a swap when Exchange launches, or by registering (without doing KYC) and you get free CPEX.

Team didn't do an ICO because they don't believe that a company has to take money from the community to finish the project, so instead they did an airdrop, and are constently
having reward contests for their community members!
