Looks like BFL cannot compete in the Asic market anymore . Might have had a chance with better customer support.I believe the bitcoin community has 0% trust in BFL

Have not heard from butterfly labs lately. Could it be the mighty BFL drowning in a sea of ASIC mining companies that produce Asic devices that mine bitcoins at double the speed for half the Price? Is Butterfly labs down for the count? Looking over dozens of reviews from very angry consumer the verdict seems to be BFL has totally lost the trust of the bitcoin community. Several members of BitcoinSniper.com support staff are early BFL customer and have confirmed that Butterfly labs has the worst customer service they have ever seen. Worse than fast food customer service. Now that ASIC manufactures are becoming more prevalent these days they will need to adopt the golden rule of sales “customer service is paramount” .Back when they were the only player they could treat customers like dirt. Now you go over to the Butterfly labs troll box and all you hear is crickets and people begging for a refund. It is very sad to see BFL diving into irrelevant a hated limbo they put themselves into.

We ordered a unit back in February, shipped yesterday, hopefully receiving this week.  I'll hold my tongue until I've had a chance to test the unit myself.  Customer service, the one time I did have contact, was fine and responsive.
