Hello guys im new miner, and i need your help.

I started with BTC mining 3-4 days ago in http://mining.bitcoin.cz and i earn (Confirmed reward: 0.00064147 BTC) im mining with 15 pc servers only CPU mining some of them have an Xeon 24 threads mining processor and other 8-16.. So its worth me to keep mining at this site? Because i saw some peoples talking there some other site like http://btcguild.com you can earn more than http://mining.bitcoin.cz ?

Also some of peoples tell me its not worth to start mining BTC better go and start LTC, but i dont know how to start ltc and i dont know good sites for LTC like for BTC i found that mining in one forum and i start with it so i need your help to tell me some good sites where i can do this:
- Mining LTC
- Exchange LTC like payments to paypal or payooner (bank).
- I saw one site: https://emebtc.com idk its good?

First what is better to start ? Mining the LTC or BTC with this? Because look my screen:

If you are going to mine only with CPU, I'd recommend mining CPU only coins. Here is a list (don't know if updated but you can make your research based on this list)

20cents in 3-4 days! And its going to get a lot worse.
do it for the fun... But if you want to invest in Bitcoin, take a few dollars and buy some from an exchange or someone.

Use bitstamp to buy and sell bitcoins.
But once you've bought some coins , store them in a wallet where only you have access, such as http://blockchain.info.

Start with small amounts, so if you make a mistake you wont be so upset.

You should skip both BTC and LTC, go look for some CPU coins in Alt section...

No, no mining site is going to dramatically change your mining income that much.  What you need to change is the amount of power you are throwing at it.  You will not be able to do that with just computer CPUs.

Do the math - if you find a mining site that has 1% lower fees, how much more will that get for you?

There basically no point in mining without a miner. You won't even come close to covering your power costs.

If you are just starting out now, mine for fun not for profit.
If you want to try and profit from bitcoin in a speculative way, buy some coins and hold them and see if the price goes up.
If you want bitcoin to succeed, buy something with your coins (and replace them with new coins)

If you are thinking of anything else, do lots more research.

I can't buy asic for asic i need to wait 3 month's to come, and also how much i will earn with ASIC?
Btw i will keep mining BTC with CPU and i saw one post "CPU coins" where have cpu coins and how much they cost etc..
And also im not buying BTC and not waiting to sell them later im trying to mine btw i'm doing this for fun and if i get 1-2 btc after 1 month than okay Smiley
So guys im asking is this site slow for mining or there other sites where can min better i cant afford graphic card for the computers i use ram 16-64gb and xeon processors.

Thanks for help btw its easy to buy but its hard to make and thats why i wont give a money to buy an btc i will try to mine and earn. I'm using minerd cpuminer and for now i think is good..
