Nobody here likes to take Paypal, because there are a lot of frauds/chargebacks happening.
You could use an exchange like Bitstamp or try to find someone in your area using localbitcoins.com. Or maybe you are able to find someone in this forum.

paypal is not the most secure way for the seller. you want to buy btc a irreversible currency with a reversible currency. I wish you luck. Maybe you could transfer money to your bank account and buy at an exchange.

I thnk the easiest way for you to buy bitcoins  is to go to localbitcoins.com and enter your location.

Go to VirWoX.
That's where I got my first few coins. You can buy with your credit card.
