Cashier crypto exchange!!

Hello,

I want to build a cashier crypto exchange in my city.

Anyone has any ideia what I need to get started?

The ideia is sell some of the coins available at the market. people will buy it with cash.

Im planing to do it with a friend that has a money exchange already. So I want to improved it with crypto currency.

Any software available to do that?

Any ideas are welcome!
