For now, I think the market will not collapse, even in the next 5 years, I think the market can still survive. As the community grows, it strengthens the market fortress from the various shocks. The market will remain and will continue to grow as long as there are residents and buyers.

I don't see there is any reason the market will collapse.
We have seen many times that there are many people who believe in cryptocurrency whatever happens.

I say NO. Also there are some risks. If tether collapse it could be a trigger to crypto version of a bank run, potentially toppling exchanges and cratering the price of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Such a situation can arise only if the SEC comes up with another nonsense that will only worsen the people's access to crypto-currencies, I do not understand why the SEC works that way, why it is impossible to work in favor of investors?

Collapse definition: Market Cap less than 150 Billion

Yes or No

I say YES

I didn’t want to say yes but there is not much light in the tunnel.

and it turns out you are wrong to forecast it. I guess this is like FUD to make a lot of new people panicking. but again the bitcoin can survive and grow back to affect other altcoins. and you lose

I don't see the market that way what I see is the market is going to be double in the next year we just need to wait for that bull run. As of now the market is slowly moving and sometimes don't move at all but its like that not all the time the market is going to favor what we want.

Not at all. The price will dip from time to time because volatility is one of the defining characteristics of cryptocurrencies but that is the worse that can happen. The market is still just starting out which means that there is still a long way for it to go and there is still a lot of things that will happen in the long run. Stop worrying about the market collapsing, the coins will take care of themselves as always

With a technology as legit as the block chain, I highly doubt that the market will collapse since coins are actually of use.

The market will not collapse because the price of bitcoins will still dump after a huge pumping due to the investors who are hoarding a huge amount of coins and that is the time where every traders in the market can use the volatility in order to earn more profit.

I don't think that crypto market will collapse as more and more people are now adopting crypto. People are now interested to the good and promising ICOs and lots of new projects are openning their doors. Since now is just the beginning of lots of projects using blockchain technology, in future time when lots of projects are succesful and fully functional that helps users in their everyday life then crypto market price will rise.

MCAP or market cap. Market capitalization represents the aggregate value of a company or stock. It is obtained by multiplying the number of shares outstanding by their current price per share. For example, if XYZ company has 15,000,000 shares outstanding and a share price of $20 per share then the market capitalization is 15,000,000 x $20 = $300,000,000. Generally, the U.S. market recognizes three market cap divisions: large cap (usually $5 billion and above), mid cap (usually $1 billion to $5 billion), and small cap (usually less than $1 billion), although the cutoffs between the categories are not precise or fixed

Markets always collapse, just look at the hystory. That's about the time. We have the law of cyclicity. Economic lives on that rule. So that's why we have to gain profit and buy some real assets like property and gold.

I think it will not happen in the market because they already know about the situation of crypto currency. It is all about gaining a profit of business and they know also how to manage if it will collapse.

I do not think the market will collapse. The market is gradually recovering. From the beginning of 2018 to this, the market is gradually increasing again. The price of coin is more stable. Investors are also interested in participating. In the future, more and more countries and investors in the world will enter the market.

No because crypto market has already establish and that won't happen because business is good and i think no one would like to end this kind of investment. This is a wider scope type of investment and this is very good since most of the investors are earning. I personally myself enjoying my tenure here in cryptocurrency and i know that it is the same thing also to other members here in the forum or individuals who get involve with cryptocurrency.

The market has turned simply into a speculative tool, where people with big money earn. But the technology of blocking will remain and over time, the crypto currency will begin to grow.

It maybe yes, there will come a time that the market will collapse. But when it happens, I think that time will also come for its recovery, it will bounce back higher than before. We should always think positive.
if the market crashes , it will create a new batch of rich people . i look forward to that moment . i will buy bitcoins in large quantities . we have already missed the $100 bitcoin . there may never be such an opportunity .

In the current situation or in the near future, market collapse is unlikely to happen because cryptocurrency industry right now is getting more famous as the day goes by with that crypto is getting new investors or project makers that keep crypto alive. This is likely will stand still up to 10 or more years. maybe it will grow more in the future if the project will be further develop.
