It the threshold is 150 billion then my opinion is no, the lowest will be about 200 billion and at that point the buying pressure will increase a lot that we can see a strong rebound. 150 is simply a huge setback to crypto so i don't thing that will happen. A lot of whale and other institutional money want to buy cheap and they won't miss the chance at that kind of marketcap.
