Bios editing. It's pretty safe to do when you have a bios switch.
My second favourite would be Ati Tray Tools, but it doesn't support multiple cards.

lol i glitched my sapphire trixx to bring mem clock to 0 then it crashed the range was 0-400 hmz
what is the lowest hmz a 5830 can handle??

+1 for ati tray tools for my card nothing else can underclock mem like it can it does support multiple cards if they are the same. |
