If you would like to use an escrow service that's fine with me as long as you cover whatever costs might be associated with that and as long as i'm comfortable with that service.

I'll come down to 650 (~34% of face value) for all of them in bulk.

As far as I know the coupons are good for the miners I have listed above [S9, L3+, T9+, V9, D3, A3 and X3.]
If you were looking at buying an E3 I think that is the only one you can't use a coupon on.
I tried applying it to that but it said I didn't have a coupon available to use.
