China doesn't want ICO because they can't control it, they are afraid that bitcoin is so disruptive that they need to step up early to curb the Chinese people going crazy about it, thus they might lose control because its decentralizes. So that's what we all been suspecting of why the Chinese government suddenly turn its back against us. That's why he decided to move his family in the States to make more money because he can't do it no more in China with all the crackdown.
