I am not sure if this is the right board to post this issue, please let me know if it is wrong board then I will move it accordingly.

What happened:
On April 3rd fiancia coin sent emails to all bounty hunters to inform that they have a new decision.

They informed all bounty hunters to participate in token sale and to do kyc (see email ref).
So technically if bounty hunters do not participate in token sale and do kyc then they will not distribute the tokens which were earned by hunters in bounty campaigns for a period of 9 weeks.

The minimum contribution is 0.1 eth in their token sale.

In my opinion they are blackmailing bounty hunters to increase their token sale, which is not an appropriate manner at all.

They could have mentioned this at the beginning, not after 9 weeks of work. Bounty hunters gave 9 weeks of their life to promote their project, including myself.

Probably it's a scam project. So seeking DT members to look into this matter and neg them as soon as possible before it's too late.

I also sent a mail to ICObench.com to take necessary actions, I have known about this project from their site.

Wow, that looks extremely blatant. Having a look in the thread there appears to be more disgruntled users than yourself. I simply wanted to thank you for bringing this to attention as it encourages me to use proper diligence (as much as is possible) when participating in bounty campaigns in the future, although I was (fortunately) not a part of this one. Surely others will be encouraged similarly. Even benign bounty campaigns are not immune from cheaters..
