On March 30th and 31st, 2018, Chairwoman and CEO of THEKEY, Catherine Li, spoke to leaders from national, provincial and municipal levels of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security at an annual conference held to discuss the application of THEKEY’s IDV technology, held in Kaifeng. This was the second time that THEKEY has been promoted by the Chinese government at a national level conference. During the previous conference in 2017, THEKEY’s mobile IDV product was introduced to the Human Resources and Social Security departments from over 24 provinces and cities. The rapid expansion of THEKEY smart social insurance pay solution to 41 cities over the past 12 months can be directly attributed to agreements signed after this conference.

China already used blockchain to make a commodity trade to the singapore. But the regulators in china are feeling worry about the unregulated icos because that can be used by the scammers. Blockchain technology has started its investion. This just the matter of time until it will be very familar to the majority of countries.

So again it looks like China is targeting some of it's own blockchain technology to promote, this way it leads to many international buyers coming in to buy a Chinese product or service, which means more money coming directly into Chinese Hands. I was going to buy some of theKEY a while back but then the big bear run started so I ran out of ready funds with which to purchase with so I left it at the time. Maybe now could be a better time to procure some perhaps?

This can be a turning point if China returns to lead the crypto being a great power and with a large percentage of investors interested in crypto. The Thekey can be an alternative for the recognition of the Chinese government. We can wait for the development of Thekey in the Chinese provinces and wait for the return of the Dragon?

I personally believe that the US and China are engaged in the crypto currency. Also expense of increasing popularity in China, is understandable. I believe that by summer the popularity will increase more and more.

Yes, they are stupid. When the citizens become pioneer in investing in ICO, they ban. That is the worst decision by the dictator govt of China. They are affraid of their citizens to be wealthy. wealthy and prosper people will not attracted to comunist party. The govt will loose their vote if cryptocurrency grow rapidly in CHina. It is a real threat to the govt.

a neat scenario, I think before that china did not care about blockchain and the crypto currency after the ban on its citizens, but I see it is all part of their economic strategy to compete with and master the progress that is going on. I suspect in one of my doubts that China is unlikely to remain silent, and now it is proven that they are well positioned to take over the role of crypto world development and the blockchain system in various aspects of life in the country and society, even though it is a program adoption but need to be wary that china can master everything, for that I suggest follow its development take benefit from all of them and make sure do not go wrong in making decision.

Good news. I am sure that soon China will completely legalize cryptocurrencies. Technical progress can not be stopped, it can only be slowed down.

But still the trading are being held and there are new ICOs getting international investment and working within the mainland. So, appears they are trying to get the best way to regulate investing and trading.
