WHY BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY ?

I believe it is the most important meal because breakfast is the first meal for the whole day and if you get enough nutrition for the whole day you should be feeling energise and perform well before the intake of next meal this is my view only.

The Diffference between a Morning where you had a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast versus the morning you drank a cup of water should answer your question.

I don't support breakfast to be the most importanance meal but lunch is the most important food.  E.g some breakfast food are not that real food, foods like tea and bread, and for a man like me its doesn't even have any single drop in me so I prefer to eat good food in the afternoon. So I prefer lunch to be the best meal. More so it's a source of energy after much stress from work.
