Having in mind the political state of Ukraine, I would suggest you to look at Bulgaria, if you are planning on investing in cryptomining farms! Haven't looked deeper into Ukraine, because as a bulgarian citizen and living here my whole life I know how things work and for me that's the best place in EU to start something like that

As far as I know (i checked this with one friend in Ukraine) cryptomining is illegal in Ukraine and I seems like a bad idea to spend even one night in prison anywhere in Ukraine

Near to 0.06 + if you have two-tariff electricity meter, you will pay 0.03 at night from 11pm to 7am (8 hours)
