You would increase the number of questions here. Unfortunately, there is not a single platform which is ICO, Bounty and Airdrop oriented.
We all hear about upcoming ICO's through Bitcointalk.org but, you need to go other places to read a review in order to be aware of pros and cons. Bitcointalk also provides information regarding Bounties but, yet it does not provide a platform for people to discuss about them. Besides, threads are moderated by bounty managers who has got limited information regarding the project.
