I need help understanding what is the best option for me. I live in canada and wanted to open a canvirtex account. They want a copy of a government issued photo id, sign and fax a couple of forms which I'm ok with but they want a proof of address. They only accept tax bill, electicity bill, gas or water bill or landline bill. I dont have any of the above though. I dont pay for any of these. I offered my visa, bank statement and cell phone bill for Address vRification but they rejected them all. My address is already on the drivers license.
Do you think their proof of adress requirements are out of line?
As a canadian which other exchange is best for me. Im trading about 5-10 thousands of USD.

Get your income tax papers, they accept it as long as it was issued no longer than a year ago.
