how can a get them back?
i have a payout for 42 btc in 19/10 but still in process...

I have heard the website has had some issues recently with incorrect btc balance showing.. maybe that is the problem?

If they manage to fix the balance and if they have enough btc to cover ...

btw i m waiting a small payout (about 4,5BTC) but i think that it will never happen
