I've just noticed 6500 BTC for sale at just over 170 GBP (266 USD) at Mt Gox.

At current rate that's over a million GBP or 1.7 million USD.

It's the biggest transaction I've seen so thought I would mention it.

Earlier today it was somewhere midway between 10,000 and 15,000.

Once that wall gets taken down (assuming that happens in this bullish frenzy we're in), I am wondering if the price will slingshot up. There are relatively few sell orders above it right now.

Probably this is a fake wall (same on USD) to hold the rate, placed by MtGox insiders. There not enough fiat to break those walls. Once new funds will be cleared, wall will disappear.

Doesnt it concern us that these are probably fake sells to manipulate price?

How do we know someone hasn't been doing this repeatedly to get the price up to where it is now and it will all come tumbling down when they finish?

Manipulation is quite likely.
