Why there are always so different prices on MtGox and BTC-E? On MtGox a BTC sometimes ist 15$ more expensive.

I think it has to do with the fees that MtGox charge and also the fact that it near impossible to withdraw any USD out of MtGox

Unable to withdraw the money should be the main reason......... you can only buy BITCOIN....
