If you want to guarantee arrival date with escrow you'll get action.  Otherwise your best bet is feeBay.  Send a sales contract over with signature requirement as proof of delivery then cross your fingers.

I think true first day sounds pretty good, actually.  If they've actually fixed their manufacturing, it has a good chance of not being vaporware.  But I was never burned by BFL, so I'm not as jaded as some users here.  Overall, too rich for my blood but not bad.

Yeah, it is first in line. You will literally be one of the first people to own a Monarch with this one.

It's likely that you will not be the first person to get the Monarch.  Maybe the first paying customer but knowing BFL it will not be even close to the first units.
