I want to see which bitcoins have been specifically tagged, such as the address that belongs to a gambling site and belongs to the exchange.

Websites that accept bitcoin payments often generate an individual address for each user. Bitcointalk is one example:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote. This is not only for privacy but also to differentiate between users (if a common address were used, each sender would need to somehow prove payment was sent by them and no one else).
