Real Estate Based ICO that is promising?

Hello, as the crypto industry growing rapidly, there's tons of industry getting and hoping into the Blockchain industry
We have tons of Real Estate/ Housing ICO

But is there any project which is promising and genuine that is related to Real estate?
Would love to invest in it and collect the fees/revenue like how REITs work

This is depend on the aim of the project and what problem they want to solved in real estate industry, and also depend on the their team & founder. And other factor is the community that support that project. I heard blockchain technology can to tokenize real estate to easy to trade it , and this is good idea in real estate industry, so people can trade that asset with high liquidity.

Rentberry seems like a nice project.  It’s the tokenization of an existing apartment rental marketplace based in San Francisco.  They recently released their ico tokens and the price tanked due to a combo of market conditions and supposedly large private sale bonuses, so could be a good opportunity to buy and hold at below ico price.
