Decentralized exchange.

Hi,
I have researched for many months before starting the project.
But before starting there is an dilemma that ICO are becoming big scams and i don't want to have one added to that list.
That's why i am looking for people with vision who can invest in my early startup of my decentralized exchange with BTC , ETH or LTC.
proper share will be given with full details of the project .
I have talked to several others big guys too and they agree its hot but wont involve their name as investor but only will provide push from behind.
But i need to make a team , built and infrastructure to make it fully functioning .

There will just not be an Exchange there is more to it  .
