While browsing the Digital Goods section I encountered this thread :
[WTS] EXPENSIVE GAMES FOR 1$ ONLY!!!! | Cheapest Steam Keys On-Line. I immediately clicked on this thread because it had tremendous replies as compared to other threads.
It took me just a few seconds to realise that all of them were paid shitty replies made all made by low activity users.
I assume that these same accounts might be being used to promote and bump ICO's and other threads.
The thread is self-moderated and has auto-buy link which points to its shady seller.
Also, many of the accounts didn't even read the OP and posted the same copy-pasted nonsense on a thread aiming to sell steam games keys, like :

I would request the moderators to ban these accounts permanently, although they may create new accounts, but we should do our bit.
