Now a days ICO tokens rates are lower than the ICO rates in after Exchange launch.

Ex : Initial ICO Token Rate is $1 but when ICO tokens listed in Exchange @ rate of $0.50 to $0.70 .

What may be the reason for this ?

There are many projects ico I participated in, when the exchange has fallen 60% against the price ico, ie ico $ 1> $ 0.4 exchange, it is due to demand and the market, investors do not trust and want. Withdrawing their capital, due to the decrease in btc and eth prices .....

probably the first thing that causes the price to fall is the investor and the campaign participant dump the token when listed in exchanges. investors get a bonus and they sell it early, the same thing will done campaign participants, therefore the price of tokens can fall.

In part because of the bonny and airdrop projects, they give away a free coin of 5-10% of the total supply, and when exchanging free coin the commune can also kill coin prices.

Estimate demand and supply. If project didn't reach hardcap, then supply is higher and price can decrease. Another point to consider is decrease of ETH price, as most tokens on ICO was bought for ETH. Finally, think about pre-sale prices and bonuses

The entire market is going through the bearish phase and it affects the ico who list in the bearish market.

Eg if you invested 1 ETH at 850 USD, now the ETH value is almost less than half - People try to recover losses & try to accumulate more ETH at lower prices this is why you see a lot of sell walls vice-versa you will find less buyers who are willing to invest in bear market.

If we will talk about ICO last year most of them actually pumps once it hits the exchanges (ex. ETN)  it went up like 10x in less than a month but starting this year, you are right once the token is listed most of them are less than the amount of ico price. There are factors on why it happen: Demand on the market,  this bearish market, bonus - wherein investors are selling their bonuses to get some of their capital back. These are the reason that I can see and I don't think airdrop and bounty coins will affect the price at the time of listing since it is being released like weeks or month after coins are distributed to their investors.

This is happening mainly due to market maturity. Compare to last year, this year post price management after ICO will be a bit more tougher because market is now getting matured.
