http://cointext.com/another-bitcointalk-org-scam-falls-apart-more-than-1m-claimed-stolen/

Today an online “wallet” service Inputs.io has shut down claiming the loss of over 4,100 bitcoins worth over $1M has been “stolen.”  The service was heavily promoted on the Bitcointalk.org web site as a “secure online wallet.”

It's not possible to do so, as we have a 4100 BTC shortfall. If you'd like the partial refund, follow the instructions on the site. I can't help you otherwise.
