Those 'can newbie' is a sure attraction for your project to fall apart if it's legitimate.

I would really avoid hiring newbie members unless they are clearly well spoken, eloquent and tactful with their vocabulary. There is nothing worse than having broken English represent your campaign, and will surely dissuade potential investors from contributing.
