i suppose not but just to be 100% sure,
what happens if we play with the exported wallet name?

If the file stays in your Armory home dir, then it should still work.  Armory checks each file in that directory (where you found the original .wallet file) for a magic 8 bytes at the beginning.  If the file starts with those 8 bytes, it will interpret it as a wallet file.  So changing the name shouldn't affect it unless you actually change the file too.
