hmmm this is a tough one.  I have quite high confidence we will reach $400 during this bubble, 2-4 weeks is my guess for $400.  $500 however I'm not sure if we will reach it this time, bitcoin might crash before then.  But I'll be bold and say this bubble will self-sustain until next year and then buttercoin will launch and shoot us up to $500 in January.  Or we could crash back to $100-$200 in a few weeks.

Another graph with lines!

Not likely but Bitcoin never ceases to amaze.

Maybe this time we can skip the spike and stabilize at $300 and growing.
Unless we need more publicity.

Why did I sell at $5! Come back to me my old bitcoin! 1GjeBGS4KrxKAeEVt8d1fTnuKgpKpMmL6S

I don't think we have a choice.  If growth continues at anything close to this rate, Bitcoin is going to get a lot more attention, money, and violent spikes.

The later the better. At the current rate, I'd say we'd hit it within two weeks. I would rather slow down a bit and keep going up for longer. Ofcourse, we'll crash again to the normal exponential growth, but that's fine. I didn't hurt me a bit last time  Smiley

I think $500 by January is pretty reasonable. I'm interested to see if the big money players now in the market actually serve a stabilizing effect and lessen the explosive boom bust cycles and just keep the bull going relatively steady. That's my guess, as they have a lot of incentive to do that and keep the fear level low. And we are still at a stage where it does not take very much $ to move the market - at least smooth the market.

Does not really matter in the big picture, but would just nicely speed the adoption process along.

Agreed. Incentive is to keep fear low, no reason for being greedy right? Unfortunately we humans prove ourselves every time. So we'll see what the future holds, for now we're optimistic

The Swiss bank voluntary disclosure program is just another way of disclosing information on American taxpayers

I think this one will hit around the $400 mark and then burst. It'll be the next bubble before it hits $500.

If this post was useful, interesting or entertaining, then you've misunderstood.

If we get through 2000CNY (~330USD) then we have a shot.  But I think 2000CNY is the next hurdle.

That which is falling should also be pushed.

"Another 38,000 Americans moved $5.5 billion to the U.S. and avoided prosecution by saying who helped them offshore."

#1: Stinkin RATs.
#2: What the hell did the people offshore helping do wrong? Is it locally illegal for someone in another country to help a US Citizen avoid taxes? That's on the US citizen I'd think but who knows thesedays.
