Should I buy BItcoin or Litecoin

This is a fallacy, profit comes from the percentage increase in the coins value. A lower price coin doesn't make it any more likely to moon. A lower market cap coin has a higher chance to moon since it doesn't take as much capital inflow to move the price.

To answer op question I would diversify into both coins but what I hear you asking is what coin offers most value at today's price. Bitcoin has taken a huge jump recently and it may be due a correction whereas litecoin has been moving sideways and could break out soon.

However, asking a litecoin Reddit is likely to yield a skewed response.

I would probably invest most of it in Bitcoin. However, this coin will always be in demand. Even when most altcoins are no longer needed.

If I were you, I will buy btc. It is te king of the marekt and the price of it will be the highest now and when the bull market comes. And btc has little risk to disappear suddenly which make our investment safer than others.

Buy them both remember that bitcoin could be fly again to the moon if the bullish run start on the last quarter of the year 2018 maybe by november it will start move and same with litecoin. Litecoin is a good altcoin that have a lot of potencial just like ethereum.

I think it depends on your investment. If your investment is more then you invest in bitcoin. Because bitcoin's price is much higher.
I personally advise you to invest in bitcoin. when bitcoin's price increases, then altcoin's price will be down. Then you can invest in litcoin.

In my opinion you should buy Bitcoin. Bitcoin is more profitable than Litecoin. We know that Bitcoin is the number one currency. It is so much secure and profitable. I share your opinion. Bitcoin is the better choice and eventually will show more profit. I am holding both Bitcoin and Litecoin and think that Litecoin is good coin as well. It is perfect for diversification of your investments.

If you are going to use for short-term investments then bitcoin is a more appropriate choice. This is because bitcoin is still the leader of crypto currencies so the role of bitcoin still dominates. Other than that the popularity of bitcoin is still relatively high although not as high as in previous years. But if you are going to invest long term, then litecoin is a more appropriate choice. Long-term litecoin is more potential than bitcoin because litecoin brings technology that is more powerful than bitcoin. It's just that the popularity of litecoin is still under bitcoin.

I prefer bitcoin all the way, it seems to be the one with the most promising future, both short and long term, I see litecoin as some other altcoin with that tries to copy bitcoin, plus, it doesn't have near the same time in the market as bitcoin which reduces it's reliability.

I always prefer bitcoin over litecoin with it's growth somehow still on top than any other crypto. A bigger opportunity to have in investing in bitcoin. When you hold some bitcoin today a possibility to earn huge in the near future.

All of them it depends on your transaction. If you want make short term trading i prefer you choose Litecoin than BTC, but if you want make long term investment BTC is more profitable than Litecoin. From my experience, long term trading is more promising than short term trading. So i prefer to buy BTC 70% and  LTC 30%.  But if you want to start trading, you should learn the basic skill of trading first.

Yes, of course bitcoin is better than litecoin, but in investing and crypto trading diversification becomes important to get a lot of opportunities for profit. Bitcoin is very good for long-term or short-term investments.
