Those accounts are usually using same ethereum address, they are obviously using multiple accounts because they are greed to earn high amount of income.

They making a lot of accounts to harvest a lot of income, this is very an ethical thinking so be aware with those accounts. In additional, they are noticeable because they are using one bitcoin address.
