Well, it is not really a gamble.
It will work,
but i am able to still provide the funds as i can sell goods i have at home, but i do not wish to sell them atm. But if need be i will sell them to pay back the loan

And when you say "300% Return", are you saying that for my loan of $200, you will return $600 in a couple of weeks?

2. Yes 300% return meaning ~$600.

3. Yes i will get pictures. In about 10-20 minutes
But i can list a few -
I  have a ue boom.
I have a tv is used on occasion.
I have 1 iphone 6 with a broken screen.
I have 2-3 broken ipad 2's
And with all that i also have csgo style btc gambling jackpot source code, that i could push to sell which is worth around $100-$200.
This is just few items that i could sell to get the money back if the "gamble" doesn't pay off. Which is unlikely

Well it is low risk for you, i take so much precaution with this.

OP, you wont see someone to borrow that money because you have some electronic and phone which you could  sell and get the money for yourself. If whatever you want to use the money for is something that you're pretty sure of, you won't mind selling your stuff and get n with it.
