-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

I am going to start offering my services as an escrow. I charge
a fee of 1% for most transactions. If the escrow is complicated
or something else, discuss rates before hand.

Before sending any coins, you should have a signed contract from
me explaining the terms of the escrow and everyone's
understanding along with an address to send to. The address will
be unique on a per transaction basis.

I do have a public escrow address that can be used:
1WTFV9vniBMhuhDtXWVYttMpUzZqXrwbq

If you use the public address you MUST have the capability to
sign messages from the address that the coins are sent to so
that your funds can be verified. Otherwise, coins will be
refunded to where they were sent.

PM me if you would like to discuss. Messages may be encrypted if
desired with my public key. If encrypting, I assume you wish the
same of your messages so please include your public key for
such communications or if you are signing your messages.

I plan to keep this first message unedited so that you can see
the message and everything else has remained unchanged. I will
reserve the second post for any updates or other information
that may come up.

I have been an active participant in the community since 2012.
I used to offer iPhone unlocks and have many good transaction
feedback from the service (however, currently my unlock source
is offline due to AT&T changes! Darn it!)

I've had many misc. transactions on the forum and look forward
to helping make your transactions safe. If you're spending your
coins, why would you do it without escrow when it's so cheap?

Do not accept an escrow deal from anyone saying it is through
unless it came from me and is signed by me! If I change a
deposit address, the address will be SIGNED inside the
message!

If there were to be any disputes, I will release funds to the
party providing the most compelling evidence or as otherwise
agreed to by both parties.

I will provide my email address by private message if desired.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

And as I mentioned, I am saving this post for any updates, etc. so that the first post may remain in an "un edited" state.

I am going to update this, and put a limit. For now, that limit will be $10,000 USD or equivalent. If your transaction is more than that, you can find another escrow agent, or split the deal into smaller transactions.

If you trust others, use them. When people like JohnK go missing for a month and escrows get held up, sometimes people will need other options.

Yeah, just some small deals, usually quick things and just new members who wouldn't really help reviewing me. Thanks for the kind words.

In your advertising period can you make it 0% I hope if you start with 0% fee and fluent service then you will get more users to give you backup and to make trustworthy.

There are plenty of escrows out there. I'm not forcing anyone to use me. You can use a free one or one you trust more. However, there are risks involved for the escrow, and so I am not going to be doing it for free without some additional circumstances that will certainly not apply to every case.
