I have a pool account at https://mining.bitcoin.cz and am using cgminer to mine bitcoins. How can I use that pool account and cgminer to mine litecoins? Thanks.

That particular pool doesn't have Litecoin mining, so you'll have to find a new pool. I suggest taking a look at the Litecoin forums for some information about getting started and what Litecoin mining pools are available.
