Last year, the big move in Ethereum and most other coins happened during November to January period. $2000 may not happen this year but likely in early 2019.

Once a year reached a new peak, last year was $ 1,500, this year will be $ 2,000 "may"
lol.. it will peak to 200 nearly. it was really very bad year for cryptos. i hope in 2019 they will recover. |

I think this year will start an upward trend of Ethereum but it will not reach 2000 dollars this year it is quite real in the beginning, middle of 2019.

I'm so funny now to read such naive predictions that were given earlier this year. On what other than greed they were based? About the cost of ETH before the end of the year - I'll be happy if its price reaches at least to mark $ 500, but most likely it will not.

in fact, the whole community will be satisfied, if the etherium rises to $ 500, and I very much doubt this trend until the end of this year. |

I wouldn’t say this assuredly , the statement sounds pretty fallacious, market trend is tough, though change is inevitable I still very much think it’s overstating to think eth price landing on $2000 to 1 eth is a possibility.

I am more pessimistic. Last year was a better year than this year and ETH didn't reach $2000. $2000 for ETH is like predicting that Bitcoin is going to reach $50000 at the end of this year.
I would have agree if this year the crypto market was in bull mode. But it isn't.
the main thing is that the market is in a very bad condition, and it will be very difficult to return the indicators of 2017 and this is still not certain that this will happen before the end of 2018 .. There is no such direct relation between the growth for ETH and Bitcoin. Yes Bitcoin can influence the demand for ETH in the sense that when the value of Bitcoin starts rising, it revitalizes the market more and further and this leads to a rise in the demand for ETH as well. Also there is a general perception in the market that as ETH is the second good coin in the market, a rise in the market value of BTC might be a signal to an impending rise in ETH as well. Anyhow, both the coins are interlinked to each others via indirect ways. |

I do think that the winter Ethereum will cost at least $3000-4000. The reason for this is that large institutional investors, large capitalists, and banks will now come. The market will come to life and there will be a new wave of growth, which will revive the ICO market. And Ethereum has no competitors at the moment, except EOS - but this is in the future. And NEO is now considered by many experts as not working blockchain

I don't think Ethereum will peak at 2,000$ this year because we only have few months left before this year ends. But even though that ICOs preferred to use Ethereum's blockchain which is a strong manifestation that it will push ethereum's market price and cap on top, the remaining time is not enough, IMO. |

I don't think Ethereum will peak at 2,000$ this year because we only have few months left before this year ends.
